AllocatedEvaluatorImpl	Driver-Side representation of an allocated evaluator.
EvaluatorControlHandler	This class handles the sending of Evaluator control messages to the Evaluator.
EvaluatorHeartbeatHandler	Receives heartbeats from all Evaluators and dispatches them to the right EvaluatorManager instance.
EvaluatorIdlenessThreadPool	Runs threads in a thread pool to check the completion of Evaluators on the closing of an EvaluatorManager in order to trigger Evaluator idleness checks.
