CommGroupNetworkHandler	The EventHandler that receives the GroupCommunicationMsg.
CommunicationGroupClient	The Task side interface of a communication group.
CommunicationGroupServiceClient
GroupCommClient	The task side interface for the Group Communication Service.
GroupCommNetworkHandler	The global EventHandler that receives the GroupCommunicationMsg.
NodeStruct	The actual node that is part of the operator topology Receives data from the handlers and provides them to the operators/OperatorTopologyStruct when they need it.
OperatorTopology	Represents the local topology of tasks for an operator.
OperatorTopologyStruct	The actual local topology maintaining the children and parent that reacts to update and data msgs.
